Vitalpoint Church is looking for a relational, team-building leader to join the Creative Arts department and support two VPC locations. This role is all about people—developing team members, strengthening worship and production teams.
As part of a growing multi-site church, the Site Staff – Creative Arts will champion team culture, support Sunday execution, recruit and develop team members, and assist with ProPresenter lyrics and track creation. This position will need experience in live sound mixing and have an ability to lead vocals and band for weekend services.  
What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, and care for worship and production team members
• Support both sites on Sundays and help ensure services run smoothly
• Build team culture rooted in Respect, Alignment, Fun, Trust, and Excellence
• Oversee Planning Center scheduling and communication
• Create ProPresenter lyric slides and prepare tracks for Sunday services
• Support team members spiritually, relationally, and practically
• Help align both sites with the overall Creative Arts direction of VPC

Department: Family Ministry

Location: Clinton

Part-Time: · 15 hrs/week

Overview
The Family Ministry Site Staff helps kids and families in Clinton know and follow Jesus. This role builds and equips teams, partners with parents, leads Sunday kids programming, and helps create safe, fun, faith-filled spaces where children are seen, known, and loved. You will also help represent Vitalpoint at town events strengthening our presence in the Clinton community.
Responsibilities

• Recruit, equip, and schedule team members for Sunday gatherings and events.
• Lead and prepare VPC Kids programming at the Clinton site.
• Partner with parents through resources, communication, and support.
• Maintain safe, engaging environments and manage supplies and room upkeep.
• Keep accurate family records using Planning Center.
• Participate in church-wide events.
• Required meeting once a month in Poplar Hill for All Staff day and family ministry team meeting once a month.
• Support town initiatives like the Clinton Christmas Parade and Children’s Fair.
