Why Family Dedication?
Biblical Foundation: Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." Family Dedication aligns with the biblical principle of acknowledging God's guidance in our lives.
Prayerful Parenting: Philippians 4:6-7 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Through Family Dedication, we emphasize the importance of prayer in parenting, seeking God's wisdom and guidance.
Pray Over Parents
We will pray over parents, acknowledging the unique challenges and joys of parenthood. This is a moment for parents to commit to raising their children in a Christ-centered environment.
Pray Over Children
Following the parents' dedication, we will extend our prayers to the children. This symbolic act signifies our collective commitment to nurture, guide, and support the children in their spiritual journey.
Community Support
