Jesus said...”Let us go on to the next towns, that I may preach there also, for that is why I came out.”  Mark 1:38


The Vision.

Churches are closing in many small towns across Canada. The light of Christ seems to be going out. We as a church believe God is leading us to these places to help turn the light of Christ up. 


Jesus had a passion for small towns when he walked on the earth. There’s a sense that he’s walking through small towns and inviting his Church to follow him once again. 


Kingdom properties are being bought up by developers for condominiums, office space and restaurants.

It’s not for lack of people. These towns are growing as people move out of the cities. Nearly 19% of Canada’s population live in rural areas. 


Under the surface of these peaceful communities is the raw reality of individuals and families deeply broken by substance abuse. The darkness has a stronghold in Small Town Canada.


Jesus is walking through small towns and is inviting us to follow him. 

Next Steps

Practically, it begins with prayerfully considering what God is calling you to commit over the course of the next 12 months. Vision Builders is sacrificially giving above and beyond the regular 10% tithe.
It’s not equal giving, it’s about equal sacrifice, so each commitment will look different. 

What is a Vision Builder?

Step One | Pray

This is very important as you seek God on what he desires you to commit. Allow Him to scare you a little as the commitment number is revealed. 

Step Two | Commit

Once you have that number fill out the card with your intention goal. You will then give this card to the site leader in the envelope provided. 


Step Three | Give

Make a plan on how you will fulfill your commitment. Then begin to set up your regular giving. This can be done by automatic withdraw, e-transfer or one-time donation. 

Step Four | Pray

This will stretch your faith. Things will happen that will make you question if you can fulfill your commitment. Allow this to be a faith building process as you grow as a Vision Builder. 

Allocation of Resources

Resources collected over the next 12 months* will be used for the advancement of the larger Vision Builder goal of planting three more sites by 2027.
